You heard it right, Nike is planning to release a colorway that harkens back to the legendary release from the late 80s. It is based on the combination of the original "platinum" colorway with modern design elements.

When it comes to shades, the Nike Air Max 1 '87 "Pure Platinum" has been dipped in gray, which at times has been complemented by white, with cream lining the shoe's sole.

As far as comfort is concerned, this edition of the Nike Air Max 1 retains what it's famous for, namely the Air cushioning in the midsole. This provides comfort and cushioning for your feet all day long.

This symbol of the Nike brand's heritage as the Air Max 1 is scheduled to arrive in spring 2024 at select retailers and on Nike's official app.
