The Yeezy X Adidas Officialy back

The Yeezy X Adidas Officialy back
Adidas, after breaking all deals with Kanye West, is again taking up the artist's collaborations and will create new Yeezy models. Last year, Adidas decided to terminate its contract with the rapper because he was making very controversial statements on his social media. They even insulted certain ethnic groups. Ultimately, the German shoe giant decided to reinstate its partnership with Kanye West.

The partnership will be based on a 15% sales commission to Kanye West. Adidas has also mentioned donating profits to charity.

Interestingly, throughout the whole situation Adidas has been holding $1.3 billion worth of Yeezy merchandise in its warehouses. To quote Adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden - "o, what we are trying to do now with the time is to sell some of this merchandise.... Burning the merchandise would not be a solution." And you have to admit that this is a great solution. Adidas is also considering giving away the shoes, but that would be blatant to the prestige of the collaboration itself.

At the moment there is not much more to know. We don't know any information about new models or releases. To be up to date on this matter stay tuned to EKICKS magzine.
