Chicago's Joe Freshgoods is back in a big way, after his previous collaboration on the New Balance 650, and this time he's chosen something completely different - the New Balance 990 - but the whole thing will be based on a completely different artist's approach. And an example of this will be the upcoming Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 990v4 "Black"
Taking into account the post, which he published on Instagram, Joe redefines his approach to design and switches from a colorful multi-hyphenate to something more monochromatic.
The shoe is based on one of the most vintage-looking models from the brand - the New Balance 990. The shoe's upper has been dipped in a deep shade of black, which is interspersed with white panels. As for the materials, you won't be disappointed, either, as the shoe is made of high-quality mesh and suede.
When it comes to details, the whole release has been endowed with very interesting details in the form of changed "990" branding to "JFG", which refers to the designer's initials. The entire shoe has been mounted on the unreliable ENCAP system, which gives the entire release comfort at the highest level. Fans of shoeboxes will also not be disappointed, as this edition comes in a special box.
So far we do not have any information about the release date of the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 990v4 "Black", but it should appear within the next few weeks.
